Consultation - education - training
Our delivery method to our customers is through a tailored education and training programme, backed up by in-depth consultancy to assess your requirements and develop bespoke implementation strategies. The whole education programme is based on a methodology, process and analytical technique that is broken down into more easily assimilated sessions and modules. In this way, we can build a complete training and integration package that is custom-made to suit the size and complexity of an individual business.

Choosing the right mix
We spend the initial meetings with potential customers in assessing the configuration of the NAXIS System that will suit their needs best. The initial part of this phase is the 'proof of concept'. This is a process by which we assess the benefits the potential customer will gain from purchasing NAXIS against the estimated costs of implementation and thus providing a ROI analysis. While we know that everyone in the retail and supply chain arena will benefit from what we have to offer, we are not in the business of selling a product configuration that does not suit a potential customer's requirements.

Once we have established that our product configuration is suitable, we then decide on the best implementation channel. Options include leasing the full IPR, and with the customer, develop a complete education and training programme in its use. Ultimately, this will allow departmental in-house teams to gain the understanding of how to convert consumer behaviour into consumer demand. By tapping in to the unique properties of the NAXIS system it will provide the uniquely accurate data that is at the core of what we do.
