Weatherology is small and unique life science research company. Based in SW England, Weatherology has been researching weather effect on living organisms, particularly humans, for more than ten years.

We provide a consultancy service to help clients gain a better understanding of how the weather affects their research and/or enterprise. We also have web-based software applications for clients to analyse the weather impact on their work, research, trials, or drug delivery.

WEATHER:

Combinations of air (gases), heat, light and water. Weather is critical for the survival of all living organisms. Without any one of these elements no life would exist. Excesses, outside the limits of homeostasis, of any one of air, heat, light or water creates stress. Stress on biochemical structures creates mutation and leads to disease. Weather combinations of air, heat, light and water are in a state of constant flux.

BASICS OF LIFE:

All living organisms need energy to survive. Energy is gained from two sources, photon stimuli or nutrients (chemicals) input. With higher photon stimuli, less nutrients are required and inversely lower photon stimuli more nutrients are required.

All living organisms including humans use a photosynthesis mechanism to produce glucose (carbohydrate) and store this energy through the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). This process occurs by chemical reactions by a core structure of life within mitochondria cells. The amount of energy is balanced by the mechanisms of homeostasis and Circadian Rhythms.

CORE CHEMICAL STRUCTURE OF LIFE: SOL

We have identified a unique pre-genetic core chemical structure (SOL) present in mitochondria in every living organism. The uniqueness of SOL is its ability to bond in two different ways depending on the stimuli of air, heat, light and water.

The dual bonding properties of SOL provide explanation of homeostasis and circadian rhythm mechanisms, both vital for any living organism to survive. From a human perspective, it also provides explanation of natural instinct, an unconscious desire for food, drink and comfort.

SOL synthesises glucose, ATP, NADPH, mtRNA and mtDNA, phospholipids and WEATHER GENES, depending on the stimuli from different combinations of air, heat, light and water.

We are currently researching the possibility of SOL synthesising artificial stem cells. Creating artificial DNA and implanting it into a cell is not artificial life. The donor cell already has the mechanisms for survival and protection within its core structure.

WEATHER GENES:

From synthesis of nucleic acids by the core chemical structure, SOL, we have found genes synthesised directly by the stimuli of air, heat, light and water. As such we have named them WEATHER GENES. So far we have identified over 1,600 weather genes. 22 Core weather genes are vital for basic metabolism and life protection and survival functions. 295 Positive weather genes are associated with repair, restoration and regeneration of damaged structures and cells. 381 Negative weather genes are associated with damage to chemical structures and cell death, inflammation, mutation and disease. 202 Neutral weather genes are balanced and 800 genes in the process of analysis to determine their attributes.

We believe better understanding of weather genes will have significant impact for the treatment (drugs) and delivery of drugs for many diseases. We have already found weather genes expressed in drugs used for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, malaria, HIV/Aids, influenza and others.
