Bob Powell - Operations Director
Bob Powell has been in Supply Chain management for over 30 years, and has been involved in many of the developments and advances that are now being used world-wide. His background is mainly in the Automotive industry, in Planning, Factory Management, Procurement and Customer Service. He was Materials Director, then Factory Manager, for one of the AlliedSignal plants that spearheaded the use of JIT, TQM and 6 Sigma.
He has now been working in consulting and education for over 14 years, and has helped a wide range of companies to make substantial operational improvements. His work incorporates much of the "soft edged" skills needed to help people through the process of change.
Bob's particular role in Weatherology is the development and delivery of the education and training materials that support the NAXIS methodology.
In his private life, Bob's passions are for running and sailing, when time permits.
